We needed to launch in January (known as "Divorce Month" when divorce filings spike), but had to work around her holiday schedule and availability.
Starting from absolute zero & she was doing everything herself
o existing social media presence for the app, no email list, and no digital marketing systems in place. She was handling her existing consultancy practice while trying to figure out app launch strategy, which left her exhausted and feeling overwhelmed.
